Do I need a paid Make.com plan?
Most scenarios run comfortably on the free tier for a single site. Heavier ones (rank tracking many keywords daily) may need the Core plan for the extra operations.
Which tools do the scenarios connect to?
Google Search Console, GA4, Google Sheets, Docs and Drive, Gmail, Slack, Telegram, WordPress, OpenAI, PageSpeed Insights and Bing Webmaster. Three scenarios (Backlink Monitor Pro, Competitor Spy Bot, Keyword Gap Finder) also need a paid DataForSEO account. Each listing says exactly what you need.
Can I edit the scenarios?
Yes — once imported they're yours. Swap modules, change schedules, add filters. We include a short README describing each step.
What if it doesn't work for me?
All sales are final because the file is delivered instantly. If the blueprint won't import into Make.com or doesn't do what the listing says, email us within 14 days with your order number and we'll fix it or refund you.
How do I receive the scenario?
Right after payment you get an email with a download link to the .json blueprint and a short README. Lost it? Email us your order number and we'll resend it.
Can I use one scenario on several websites?
Yes. The license is single-user (you), unlimited sites — including client sites you manage.
Do the scenarios use AI? Do I need an API key?
Five scenarios use OpenAI: SEO Content Publisher, Meta Tag Optimizer, Content Calendar AI, Schema Markup Injector and Competitor Spy Bot. You bring your own API key; usage is billed by that provider, usually cents per run.
Will you update the scenarios when Make or Google changes something?
Yes. Updates are free for life — re-download from your original email link or contact us.
Do you offer custom scenarios?
Occasionally. Email contact@rankvia.cloud with what you need and we'll tell you if it's something we can build.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Shopify's secure checkout.
